The project
In 2018, I did a guest year at the Multimedia Design programme at Burg Giebichenstein in Halle (Saale), Germany. Our topic of the semester in 2018 was focusing on Pont du Gard, an old roman aqueduct in southern France. It may sound very niche, but actually had the possibility to interpret the concept very freely.
I wanted to investigate something more contemporary, still within the domain of water and water use, and came up with the idea of making a website about water usage and the future.
